Sara with her family

Meet Sara.

For years, I did what I thought I was supposed to do. I built a successful career, worked hard, and kept reaching for the next milestone. But deep down, I knew I wanted something more - a life that felt more aligned with who I was and the impact I wanted to have.

Working with a coach challenged me to stop waiting for the “right time” and start taking action. One of the first promises I made to myself was walking back into the Taekwondo dojang after years of saying, “Someday.” From that very first class, I knew I was exactly where I was supposed to be.

That experience taught me something I'll never forget: small actions create big change.

Over the years, those small actions led me to become a Taekwondo black belt, a certified health and wellness coach, and an ultrarunner. More importantly, they helped me build a life that's aligned with my passions, my values, and the person I want to become.

Today, I help others do the same. Through mindset coaching, practical tools, honest conversations, and meaningful accountability, I help people stop getting in their own way, take action toward the goals that matter most, and become the best version of themselves - one step at a time.

Life on my own terms

"To me, an adventurous life isn't about climbing mountains or running ultramarathons. It's about having the courage to keep moving. Because every meaningful change begins with one small step."

Beyond the Coaching

When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me chasing my next adventure - training for an ultramarathon, practicing Taekwondo, playing soccer, exploring somewhere new in our camper van with my husband David, or spending time with our two dogs and two cats, who keep life entertaining and joyfully chaotic every single day.

I believe we're all capable of more than we think. Getting older doesn't mean settling - it means continuing to learn, grow, challenge ourselves, and become even more of who we're meant to be. Because the best version of you isn't behind you. It's still ahead.
